The first direct iPhone App continues to be extremely popular with our customers. To date over 120,000 customers have downloaded it and usage is growing week on week, with over 2 million log ons using the App and 400,000 payments made on the go!   But that doesn't mean we're complacent; we've listened to feedback and made some improvements.

Online and 24-hour telephone bank, first direct, has become the first UK bank to launch a true transactional, Banking 'on the go' App for Apple's iPhone and iPod Touch.
